Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lb as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in Front-End areas and provide world-class service.
• Handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and loyalty rewards.
• Maintain clean, professional Front-End areas and ensure accurate transactions.
• Answer product questions and direct customers to store areas or teammates.
