Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage Customers at the Cashier Area and Club Desk, handling transactions, returns, exchanges, and promotions while delivering an excellent front-end experience.

You will provide product information, support loyalty programs, and help maintain a clean, organized front-end area. This role emphasizes world-class service and lasting Customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to operate basic computer software including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and deliver world-class service in checkout and service areas.
• Handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in front-end operations to maintain merchandise presence and visual standards.
• Process payments securely and according to SOPs.
• Answer product questions and direct Customers to store areas or team members as needed.
• Stay updated on promotions and inform Customers about offerings.
