PGA TOUR Superstore is hiring a Customer Service Associate to engage customers at the front end, process payments, and promote products. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean, organized checkout area.

The position requires flexible availability, ability to stand for long periods, and a customer‑driven mindset to support sales and promotions across the store.

Competenze

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks like lifting a 30 lb box.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn business acumen with training.
• Demonstrate self‑accountability and drive for results.
