Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and deliver world class service.
• Greet Customers in Front-End areas (Cashier Area, Club Desk).
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and other transactions.
• Maintain premiere stock and visual presentation in Front-End areas.
• Ensure Front-End equipment and supplies are maintained and operational.
• Deliver ethical conduct, safety, and compliance across departments.
• Keep Front-End area clean and professional.
• Handle payments securely according to SOP.
• Answer basic product questions and direct Customers as needed.
• Stay informed on promotions and events to support merchandising.
• Promote offerings and provide customer education.
• Provide feedback to Sales and Service Manager on opportunities.
