Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and deliver world-class service at the Cashier Area and Club Desk.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized Front-End area to drive sales and customer experience.
• Answer basic product questions and direct Customers to store areas or staff.
• Stay up to date on promotions and merchandising to support a strong storefront presence.
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities to improve customer experience.
