Sirona Medical in San Francisco/remote is seeking a Go-To-Market Engineer (Office of the Founder). You will own the technical backbone for the GTM team, from the website to the analytics dashboard, and automate processes with AI.

You’ll ship production code, manage multi-week RFPs, and collaborate with the Founder and GTM team. Strong coding, product sense, and initiative are essential for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• A CS or adjacent degree or equivalent ability.
• You ship production code in TypeScript/React and Python.
• You use AI coding and agent tools daily.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• You write clearly and maintain organized docs, RFP answers, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Claude-based plugin end to end and ship automations.
• Own GTM analytics dashboard and translate CRM data into leadership-ready metrics.
• Own the sironamedical.com codebase (Next.js, TS, Tailwind) with HubSpot forms.
• Implement Figma designs to production and build marketing visuals.
• Project-manage RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires end to end.
