Job summary

sironamedical seeks a Go-To-Market Engineer embedded in the Office of the Founder to own the technical backbone of the sales and marketing motion. You will ship production code for the company website, maintain an internal AI plugin, analytics dashboards, and craft end-to-end RFP responses.

This role offers ownership early in your career with an apprenticeship-style path in a high-growth cloud-native radiology software company, spanning frontend, backend, and data work with flexible remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS or equivalent.
• Ability to ship production code in TS/React and Python.
• Daily fluency with AI coding and agent tools.
• Clear writing and strong organization for multi-stakeholder work.
• Bias to action and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own and harden the AI plugin powering GTM research, meeting capture, and RFP answers.
• Maintain a GTM analytics dashboard consolidating CRM, marketing automation, and web data.
• Run and implement the website codebase translating Figma to production for pages and visuals.
• Project-manage RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires from intake to delivery.
• Engineer operational parts of the sales cycle into instrumented programs.
• Keep the GTM stack connected and reliable with minimal manual maintenance.
