Job summary

Sirona Medical is seeking a Go-To-Market Engineer to own the technical backbone of the GTM team. You will directly manage the GTM Brain, AI automation, and the Sirona website, collaborating with the President and Founder and daily with the GTM team.

This early-career role offers significant ownership over production code and strategic processes. You will work across RFPs, security docs, and analytics, with a focus on automating workflows, building AI-powered tooling, and driving impact across

Qualifications

CS or adjacent degree, or equivalent demonstrated ability.
Production code experience with TypeScript/React and Python.
Experience using AI coding and agent tools daily.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Clear writing and strong organizational skills for docs, RFPs, and process management.
Bias to action with comfort in ambiguity and ownership.

Responsibilities

GTM Brain & AI automation ownership and delivery.
Own the Claude-based plugin end to end—ship automations for research and meeting capture.
Own the GTM analytics dashboard integrating Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4 for leadership review.
Own sironamedical.com codebase (Next.js, TS, Tailwind) and production website assets.
Project-manage RFPs/RFIs, security questionnaires, and documentation end-to-end.
