SmithRx, a fast-growing health-tech company, is hiring an Implementation Support Specialist to back the Customer Success team and safeguard high-quality product delivery. You will guide new group implementations, coordinate TPAs, and manage project plans while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating complex tasks across multiple projects and clients.
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google platform/apps.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced tech company.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for TPA for new group implementations.
• Gather TPA requirements including contacts, due dates, account structures, invoicing, and IDs.
• Ensure all requirements documented in project templates and tools.
• Maintain detailed project plan and open items log.
• Coordinate a pod of Implementation staff to sustain productivity.
• Support data entry for new group implementations in systems.
• Build client profiles using CRM.
• Serve as liaison between contracting and Implementation teams.
• Serve as liaison between invoicing and Implementation teams.
• Provide go-live support to Implementation teams and TPA.
• Participate in post go-live reviews to improve opportunities.
• Engage in the new group implementation lifecycle and client meetings.
• Organize high-volume tasks to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and initiative.
