Job summary

AssistRx is seeking an Implementation Manager on the PMO team to own client implementations across our SaaS solutions. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery and acts as primary owner of project success for pharmaceutical manufacturers and hub services.

You will lead end-to-end initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and deliver executive updates while ensuring HIPAA-compliant deployments that improve patient access.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing client-facing software implementation projects.
• Experience implementing SaaS or enterprise platforms for external clients.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, hub services, prior authorization, or patient support programs is a plus.
• Experience consulting with pharmaceutical or healthcare clients.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementations of AssistRx SaaS solutions—from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical and specialty pharmacy clients during implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through implementation strategy, timelines, risks, and best practices.
• Translate complex business, clinical, and operational requirements into clear implementation plans and configurations.
• Coordinate across Engineering, QA, Product, Data, Sales, and Client Services to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
• Support client training, readiness planning, and go-live activities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
