Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager to own client implementations across our SaaS-based healthcare solutions.

You will lead projects from kickoff through go-live, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery and strong client satisfaction. In this role you will partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align client needs with regulatory requirements, while mentoring teams and delivering executive updates.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing client-facing software implementation projects in healthcare or life sciences.
• SaaS/enterprise platforms implementations for external clients.
• Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy, hub services, prior authorization, or patient support programs.
• Experience consulting with pharmaceutical or healthcare clients.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC.
• Agile project delivery experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementations of AssistRx SaaS solutions—from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical and specialty pharmacy clients during implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor guiding clients through strategy, timelines, risks, and best practices.
• Translate complex business, clinical, and operational requirements into clear implementation plans and configurations.
• Partner with Product Management to balance roadmap with client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure requirements, user stories, workflows, integrations, and test plans reflect client needs.
• Coordinate across Engineering, QA, Product, Data, Sales, and Client Services to ensure timely delivery.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes in regulated environments.
