Job summary

SmithRx is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team and support all core implementation functions, ensuring high-quality delivery for new group implementations. You will be the main contact for TPAs, gather requirements, maintain project plans, and coordinate a pod of Implementation Managers and Specialists to keep milestones on track.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Experience in healthcare and/or pharmacy is a plus.
Experience coordinating complex tasks across multiple projects and clients.
Experience in a customer service role is desirable.

Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact for a TPA (external client) for new group implementations.
Gather TPA requirements (contacts, due dates, account structures, group numbers, invoicing, ID cards, eligibility files, etc.).
Ensure requirements are documented in standard project templates and tools.
Maintain a detailed project plan and an open items log for monitoring.
Coordinate day-to-day tasks for a pod of Implementation Managers/Specialists.
Support data entry for new group implementations in applicable systems.
