Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success/Implementation Specialist to guide customers through a five-week implementation program. You will prepare materials, manage timelines, and ensure go-live readiness while handling risks and coordinating with cohorts.

You will conduct live sessions, troubleshoot software and hardware, and maintain strong customer relationships to deliver a successful deployment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred or home service industry knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer relationship and service mindset

Responsibilities

• Serve as a process and workflow-focused point of contact for customers during a 5-week implementation program
• Prepare, update, and manage project management materials
• Keep customers on track to go-live within agreed-upon schedule
• Manage risk to prevent delays in go-live
• Conduct live working sessions demonstrating best practices for go-live
• Host office hours, 1:1s and group check-ins with assigned cohorts
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to ServiceTitan and integrated apps
