Job summary

SmithRx is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to join the Customer Success team and support core implementation functions, ensuring high-quality product delivery. You will assist the Implementation Team during the lifecycle of group implementations and projects.

The role emphasizes coordinating complex tasks, documenting requirements, maintaining plans, and providing go-live support to clients, with opportunities to participate in post go-live improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating complex tasks across multiple projects and clients.
• Experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for TPA for new group implementations.
• Gather TPA requirements: contacts, due dates, account structures, group numbers, invoicing, ID cards, eligibility files, etc.
• Document requirements in standard project templates and tools.
• Maintain a detailed project plan and an open items log.
• Coordinate tasks for a pod of Implementation staff to maintain productivity.
• Support data entry of new group implementations in applicable systems.
• Build client profiles using CRM tools.
• Act as liaison between internal contracting and Implementation teams.
• Act as liaison between internal invoicing and Implementation teams.
• Provide go-live support to Implementation Managers, Analysts and the TPA.
• Participate in post go-live discussions to improve performance opportunities.
• Participate in the new group implementation lifecycle.
• Attend internal and external client meetings.
• Organize high volume tasks and meet deadlines/milestones.
• Ensure attention to detail to meet client needs.
• Be a self-starter and take initiative; multitask effectively.
