Job summary

Personify Health is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the full implementation lifecycle for new clients. You will help build detailed project plans, coordinate deadlines across teams, and track deliverables to ensure on-time go-live.

You will also lead internal meetings to surface blockers, manage risks, and audit client system setups to guarantee accuracy before go-live, contributing to a smooth client experience and ongoing health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a health insurance or healthcare benefits environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with project management tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support the full implementation lifecycle: kickoff through go-live.
• Build and own detailed project plans coordinating with internal departments.
• Drive deadline accountability: track deliverables and escalate risks.
• Facilitate internal implementation meetings to surface blockers and drive solutions.
• Identify and manage risk and audit new client system setups for go-live accuracy.
