Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Tier II Incident Management Technician to support the GNOC with LAN/WAN device installation, incident handling in ServiceNow, and network administration. The role requires deep knowledge of OSI layers, MPLS, VLANs, and collaboration with vendors to resolve issues on a day shift in Panama.

Candidates must have a TS/SCI with Poly and 10 years of combined experience, with DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 compliance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.
• Compliance with DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 required.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation and maintenance of LAN/WAN devices.
• Respond to and resolve incident tickets within ServiceNow.
• Administer networks including hardware, software, and configurations.
• Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
• Perform configuration management and validate topology drawings.
• Troubleshoot OSI layers 1–3 to resolve faults.
• Configure and troubleshoot VLANs and Layer 3 routing.
• Troubleshoot MPLS across the WAN.
• Evaluate new network technologies and provide guidance to architecture team.
• Develop methodologies for testing and support of LAN/WAN networks.
