Responsibilities

• Support the installation and maintenance of LAN/WAN devices.
• Respond to, update, and resolve incident tickets in ServiceNow.
• Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
• Perform configuration management functions and validate topology drawings.
• Troubleshoot VLANs (Layer 2) and routing (Layer 3) across the enterprise.
• Troubleshoot MPLS across the WAN.
