Qualifications

• Required Clearance TS/SCI with active polygraph.
• Experience with OSI layers 1, 2, and 3 for troubleshooting.
• Coordinate network operations and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and maintenance of LAN/WAN devices.
• Respond to and resolve incident tickets within ServiceNow.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems.

Skills

OSI layers 1, 2, and 3 troubleshooting

Cisco and/or Juniper router experience

MPLS troubleshooting

Network operations and maintenance

Education

10 years equivalent experience (Doctorate, Master's, Bachelor's, etc.)
