Job summary

Leidos is seeking a CNOC Tier II Incident Management Technician in Reston, VA to support LAN/WAN devices, incident management in ServiceNow, and network troubleshooting. You will work with OSI layers 1–3, VLANs, and MPLS, coordinating upgrades and asset management while liaising with vendors.

Required TS/SCI with CI Poly and DoD 8140 IAT Level 2. The Panama Schedule applies. Leidos emphasizes rapid problem resolution and network performance monitoring as part of its Digital Modernization effort.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
• 10 years of combined work history and education (as per DoD guidelines).
• Compliance with DoD 8140 IAT Level 2.
• Ability to work a Panama Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation and maintenance of LAN/WAN devices.
• Respond to, update, and resolve incident tickets within ServiceNow.
• Administer networks including hardware, systems software, applications software, and all hardware configurations.
• Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
• Perform configuration management and validate topology drawings; ensure asset records are accurate.
• Troubleshoot OSI layers 1–3 to address faults and performance issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot VLANs (layer 2) and routing (layer 3).
• Troubleshoot MPLS across the WAN and evaluate new network technologies.
