Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a Residency Program Administrator to oversee the coordination of one or more residency/fellowship programs, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and smooth day-to-day operations.

You will work with the Program Director, manage records, recruitment, onboarding, and budget support, leveraging RMS and EHR tools to maintain accurate documentation and facilitate continuous program improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business administration or healthcare administration (two years of related experience or 60 semester hours may substitute).
• Experience coordinating residency/fellowship activities and maintaining records is preferred.
• Knowledge of ACGME requirements and accreditation processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the GME program, including conferences and orientation.
• Maintain program records, databases, and accreditation documentation.
• Assist with resident recruitment, onboarding, visa requirements, licensure, and credentialing.
