Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field; two years of related experience or 60 college hours may substitute.
• May be required to submit to a federal background investigation.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the GME program, including educational activities and program-wide events.
• Maintain program records, databases, and accreditation documentation.
• Assist with resident recruitment, selection, onboarding, including visa requirements and credentialing.
• Provide guidance on program policies and administrative matters.
• Ensure program compliance with ACGME requirements and institutional policies.
• Support program leadership with quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate evaluations, scheduling, data entry, and analysis.
• Assist with reports to ACGME and other regulators.
