UT Southwestern is seeking a Graduate Medical Education Program Coordinator I, Pediatric, to oversee the administration and coordination of residency/fellowship programs. You will work closely with the Program Director to implement and oversee educational activities, maintain records, manage applications, and ensure accreditation compliance.

The role involves supporting residents and fellows on policies, visa and licensure processes, and coordinating evaluations and reports to accreditation

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Two years of related experience or 60 college credit hours may substitute for the Associate's Degree.
• May be required to submit to a federal background investigation.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and facilitate GME program activities (didactics, conferences, grand rounds) and program-wide events (orientation, graduation, retreats).
• Maintain program records, databases, and accreditation documentation.
• Assist with resident recruitment, selection, onboarding, visa, licensure, and credentialing.
• Advise residents/fellows on program policies and administrative matters.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and institutional policies.
• Support program quality initiatives and improvement projects.
• Coordinate resident/fellow evaluations, including scheduling and data entry.
• Assist with reports to ACGME and other regulatory bodies.
• Maintain letters of agreement with affiliated training sites.
• Coordinate accreditation site visits and annual program evaluations.
• Support development and tracking of resident wellness programs.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, faculty, staff, and stakeholders.
• Proficient use of RMS, EHR, and other program applications.
• Assist with program budget management and compliance with financial regulations.
