Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field. (Two years of related experience or 60 semester hours of college credit may substitute for an Associate's Degree)
• Experience
• May be required to submit to a federal background investigation.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all GME program activities including didactic sessions and conferences.
• Maintain program records, databases, and accreditation documents.
• Assist with resident recruitment, selection, and onboarding, including visa requirements, licensure, and credentialing.
• Provide guidance to residents/fellows on program policies, procedures, and administrative matters.
• Work closely with the Program Director to ensure program compliance with ACGME requirements and institutional policies.
• Assist with program quality initiatives and improvement projects.
