UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking an experienced GME Program Administrator to coordinate accreditation and regulatory oversight of residency and fellowship programs. You will work closely with the Program Director to ensure compliance, efficiency, and high educational quality.

Responsibilities include managing operations, recruitment, credentialing, and data reporting to ACGME and LCME, while mentoring staff and collaborating with leadership to drive program improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field; four years of experience may substitute for degree.
• 2 years of direct experience with a medical education program; knowledge of ACGME/LCME accreditation requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• TAGME certification upon hire.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all aspects of the GME program, including development and implementation of educational strategies.
• Support daily operations and activities of GME residency/fellowship programs.
• Facilitate resident recruitment, visa, licensure, and credentialing in collaboration with the Program Director.
• Provide guidance to residents and junior staff on policies and procedures.
• Lead program compliance with ACGME requirements and regulatory standards.
• Oversee program evaluation and data analysis for residents and faculty.
• Prepare and submit reports to ACGME and other regulatory bodies.
• Develop quality improvement initiatives and participate in national/regional GME conferences.
• Collaborate with program leadership on accreditation activities and site visits.
• Maintain program procedures in line with standards and regulatory expectations.
