• Licenses and Certifications: TAGME certification upon hire.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates all aspects of the GME program, including developing educational strategies.
• Supports daily operations of the residency/fellowship programs.
• Facilitates resident recruitment, selection, onboarding, including visa and credentialing.
• Provides guidance to residents and staff on policies and procedures.
• Leads program compliance with ACGME requirements and regulatory standards.
• Oversees program evaluation and prepares reports to accrediting bodies.
