UT Southwestern Medical Center seeks an experienced GME Program Administrator to coordinate accreditation and oversee operations for one or more residency/fellowship programs. The role requires autonomy and strong regulatory knowledge in line with ACGME and LCME standards.

The position emphasizes program operations, budgeting, and staff mentorship, with collaboration across the Program Director and department chairs to ensure compliance and continual program improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a relevant field; four years administrative experience may substitute for degree
• Two years of direct experience with a medical education program and knowledge of ACGME or LCME accreditation requirements

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all aspects of the GME program and oversee accreditation activities
• Support daily operations of the GME residency/fellowship programs
• Facilitate resident recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing in collaboration with the Program Director
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and ensure adherence to policies and standards
• Lead program evaluation, reporting, and budget management
