Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks an experienced GME accreditation administrator to manage accreditation, assessment, and evaluation for the Sponsoring Institution. The role advises Program Directors and Coordinators on requirements, policies, and compliance with ACGME standards, NRMP, and program-specific guidelines.

You will partner with the DIO, GMEC, and program staff to ensure timely submissions, annual reviews, and effective performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in a GME or educational development environment with a bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Residency Management System packages (e.g., MedHub) and familiarity with ACGME and NRMP processes, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains knowledge of accreditation requirements and serves as a resource for GME accreditation and compliance.
• Coordinates with the DIO to ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and related policies.
• Analyzes data and implements initiatives to address institutional weaknesses.
• Supports GMEC and subcommittees, including planning and scheduling meetings.
• Assists in development of institutional reviews and action plans and tracks program-level accreditation activities.
• Ensures accurate reporting and maintains records of GME activities.
