Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a seasoned GME accreditation professional to administer accreditation, assessment, and evaluation for the sponsoring institution with minimal supervision. The role requires collaboration with Program Directors and GMEC, coordinating committees, and ensuring compliance with ACGME requirements and reporting timelines.

Applicants should have 5 years in GME or educational development and a Bachelor's degree; familiarity with MedHub and residency management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred and may substitute for experience.
• 5 years experience in GME/educational development; familiarity with ACGME/NRMP processes beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains knowledge of accreditation requirements and serves as institutional resource for GME accreditation.
• Advises Program Directors and Coordinators on accreditation processes and compliance.
• Coordinates GMEC and subcommittees, supports annual institutional reviews, and monitors program reporting and evaluations.
