Job summary

Program Administrator with Graduate Medical Education position at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, FL. This role supports the administrative, operational and financial management of the residency and fellowship programs onsite at the hospital.

You will collaborate with GME leaders to maintain ACGME compliance, coordinate onboarding, recruitment, curricular activities and accreditation updates, and you will serve as a liaison to residents and faculty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a healthcare setting, preferably GME or education.
• TAGME certification highly regarded.
• Knowledge of Residency Management Systems (MedHub or New Innovations).
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF software and online meetings.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of residency/fellowship programs.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts and NRMP process.
• Ensure program accreditation requirements and compliance for residents and faculty.
• Prepare and maintain program/resident documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes.
• Act as liaison to residents/fellows for a positive educational experience.
• Coordinate events, curricular activities, onboarding, graduation, and accreditation site visits.
