Job summary

HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital is seeking a GME Program Administrator to support administrative, operational, and financial management of residency programs onsite. You’ll work with GME leaders to create an optimal learning environment and navigate ACGME requirements.

You will assist in long-range planning, trainee recruitment, onboarding, project development, and maintaining program databases, with responsibilities spanning faculty and trainee relations and site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting (Graduate Medical Education or education preferred)
• TAGME certification highly regarded
• Knowledge of Residency Management Systems (MedHub or New Innovations) preferred
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF software, online meeting platforms, email
• Ability to efficiently and accurately manage multiple tasks and projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one or more residency or fellowship training programs
• Coordinate program recruitment efforts and NRMP process
• Understand accreditation requirements and ensure compliance
• Prepare and maintain required program/resident documentation
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes
• Serve as resident/fellow liaison to assure a positive educational experience
• Coordinate events and processes including curricular activities, onboarding, graduation, audits and site visits
