Job summary

Lee's Summit Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a GME Program Administrator to support residency and fellowship programs onsite. You will handle administrative, operational and financial management, ensuring compliance with ACGME and hospital policies.

The role requires initiative, detail, knowledge of ACGME requirements, program coordination, onboarding, budgeting, and communications with faculty and trainees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or education administration experience
• TAGME certification highly regarded
• Knowledge of residency management systems

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of residency/fellowship programs.
• Coordinate recruitment and NRMP processes.
• Ensure program compliance with ACGME and hospital policies.
• Prepare and maintain program documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation.
• Serve as liaison to residents and faculty.
• Oversee events, budgeting, and accreditation site visits.
