Job summary

HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is seeking a GME Program Administrator to support residency and fellowship programs onsite. You will manage daily operations, recruit trainees, and ensure compliance with ACGME requirements while maintaining essential documentation.

The role requires knowledge of residency management systems and the ability to liaise with residents and faculty to optimize education and operations within the hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• TAGME certification highly regarded.
• Knowledge of Residency Management Systems preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, online meeting platforms and email.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one or more residency or fellowship programs.
• Coordinate program recruitment efforts and NRMP process.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements for residents and faculty.
• Prepare and maintain required program/resident documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation of residents.
• Serve as liaison to ensure a positive educational experience.
• Coordinate events and processes including curricular activities, onboarding, graduation, assessments, budget planning, and ACGME updates.
