Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; TAGME certification highly regarded
• Experience in healthcare setting, preferably GME/education
• Knowledge of residency management systems (MedHub or New Innovations) preferred
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, email and online meeting tools

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one or more residency or fellowship training programs.
• Coordinate program recruitment efforts and NRMP processes.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements for program, residents, and faculty.
• Prepare and maintain required program/resident documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for residents/fellows.
• Serve as resident/fellow liaison to ensure a positive educational experience.
• Oversee events and processes including curricular activities, graduations, assessments, budgeting, and accreditation site visits
