Job summary

HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is seeking a Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program Administrator to support residency and fellowship programs onsite. You will assist with program operations, recruitment, onboarding and ensuring compliance with ACGME and hospital policies.

You will coordinate the NRMP process, maintain required documentation, manage onboarding and faculty interactions, and support residents and faculty to foster an optimal educational environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years in a healthcare setting (preferably GME or education).
TAGME certification is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more residency or fellowship training programs.
Coordinate and organize program recruitment efforts and the NRMP process.
Understand accreditation requirements and assist in ensuring compliance for residents and faculty.
Prepare and maintain all required program/resident documentation.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for residents/fellows.
Serve as liaison to ensure a positive educational experience and coordinate activities.
