UF Health Jacksonville is seeking a program administrator to manage the Department's Graduate Medical Education core program and provide administrative oversight.

The role supervises GME office staff, supports the Program Director, and ensures compliance with ACGME requirements through policy implementation, data management, and regular reporting.

This position emphasizes fiduciary oversight, accreditation readiness, and coordination of residency rotations and faculty conferences.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with Program Directors and OEA to ensure ACGME compliance.
• Maintains ECFMG, VISA and RA status data and generates required reports.
• Implements GMEC policies and monitors related projects.
• Oversees GMEC internal reviews and follow-up activities.
• Manages external regulatory reports (ACGME, ABIM, FREIDA) and site visit prep.
• Oversights of didactic conferences, evaluations, duty hours, and policies for ACGME.
• Ensures residents meet institutional requirements for training and compliance.
• Coordinates Residency Program meetings and master rotation schedules.
• Manages the Evaluation Management System and resident evaluation records.
• Administers resident appointments, reappointments, and terminations per policy.
