Job summary

Zoom Workplace seeks a General Manager to own the strategic and revenue trajectory for the Workplace portfolio. You will define multi-year growth, shape product-market fit, and drive ARR growth across global markets while reporting to the CSO and engaging the CEO and Board.

You will lead cross-functional teams across geo sales, customer success, product, engineering, and marketing, embedding AI-powered differentiation and scalable GTM motions to accelerate adoption and retention.

Qualifications

15+ years in SaaS, enterprise software, or collaboration tech.
7+ years in senior GTM or GM roles overseeing a $100M+ ARR business.
Experience reporting to CEO/C-suite/Board.
Deep knowledge of UCaaS, collaboration, or productivity platforms.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year strategic roadmap translating AI-first vision into growth plan.
Own competitive strategy, pricing, and GTM for Workplace portfolio.
Drive new business, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion for ARR growth.
Partner with Geo Sales leadership to localize Workplace strategies globally.
Collaborate with Success, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap.
Champion AI integrations across Workplace products.
Establish KPIs and a disciplined operating cadence.
