Zoom Workplace is seeking a General Manager to own the strategic and revenue trajectory across the portfolio, defining multi-year growth and aligning across geo sales, global CS, product, engineering, and marketing. You will report to the Chief Sales Officer and present to the CEO and Board.

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in SaaS, enterprise software, or collaboration tech with 7+ years in senior GTM or GM roles overseeing $100M+ ARR.
• Proven success growing market share, displacement of competitors, and customer expansion in UCaaS/collaboration space.
• Executive-level experience with direct exposure to CEO, C-suite, and Board reporting and decision making.
• Deep understanding of modern workplace tech (meetings, messaging, AI tools), and hybrid work enterprise buying behavior.
• Ability to build and scale cross-functional GTM teams and develop senior talent.
• Strong command of direct and indirect GTM models including channel/partner ecosystems and PLG.

Responsabilidades

• Define the multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace, translating AI-first platform vision into an executable growth plan.
• Own competitive strategy, pricing, and GTM motion for the Workplace portfolio with partners.
• Drive new business acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and ARR growth with focus on net retention.
• Partner with Geo Sales Leadership to localize strategies and build enablement for field execution.
• Collaborate with Global Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to influence product roadmap and adoption.
• Champion AI integration across Workplace products as differentiators in the market.
• Establish and track KPIs (revenue, ARR, pipeline velocity, win rates, market share) with disciplined cadence.
• Build and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team of specialists and sales/BD professionals.
• Represent the Workplace business to the CEO, executive staff, and Board with data-driven narratives.
