Job summary

Zoom in Augusta, ME is seeking a General Manager for Zoom Workplace to own the full strategic and revenue trajectory of the Workplace portfolio. You will define multi-year growth plans, lead cross-functional teams, and report to the CSO with regular updates to the CEO and Board.

You will drive ARR growth and net retention, localize strategies across AMER/EMEA/APAC/Japan, and champion AI-powered differentiation across products like Zoommate and AI suites.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in SaaS, enterprise software, or collaboration tech.
• At least 7 years in senior GTM or general management overseeing a $100M+ ARR business with P&L ownership.
• Experience shaping market strategy, pricing, and go-to-market for large-scale platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace and translate AI-first vision into growth plans.
• Own competitive strategy, pricing, and GTM motions to maximize wins and defend the installed base.
• Drive new business, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion motions across global customer base with focus on ARR and net retention.
• Partner with Geo Sales Leadership to localize Workplace strategies and enable disciplined field execution.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps and accelerate adoption that ties to retention.
• Champion AI integration across Workplace products and position features as differentiators.
• Establish and track KPIs across revenue growth, ARR, pipeline velocity, and market share.
