Job summary

Zoom Workplace is seeking a General Manager to own the strategic and revenue trajectory of the Workplace portfolio. You will shape multi-year growth, define competitive strategy, and drive AI-powered differentiation across Meetings, Team Chat, Rooms, Docs, Sheets, and more.

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you will lead cross-functional teams, partner with Geo Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, and present to the CEO and Board on performance and strategic direction.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in SaaS, enterprise software, or collaboration tech.
• Proven success growing market share, driving displacement, and expanding customers.
• Experience reporting to CEO, C-suite, and Board-level audiences.
• Deep understanding of workplace tech, meetings, messaging, AI tools, and enterprise buying behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace and its AI-first growth trajectory.
• Own competitive strategy, pricing, and GTM for the Workplace portfolio with cross-functional partners.
• Drive new business, upsell, cross-sell, and ARR growth across the global customer base.
• Coordinate with Geo Sales Leadership to localize Workplace strategies across regions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap and adoption.
• Champion AI integration across Workplace products as differentiators.
• Establish and track KPIs like ARR growth, churn, and market share with disciplined cadence.
• Build and lead cross-functional seller and SE teams in a matrixed org.
• Present performance, risks, and opportunities to CEO, exec team, and Board.
