Job summary

Zoom is seeking a General Manager for Zoom Workplace to lead the strategic and revenue trajectory of the Workplace portfolio. You will shape multi-year growth, align cross-functional teams, and partner with geo leadership to drive adoption and expansion.

You will own AI-driven differentiation and drive ARR growth, working with product, engineering, and sales to execute a scalable, global GTM. This role reports to the Chief Sales Officer and interfaces with the CEO and Board.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in SaaS, enterprise software, or collaboration technology.
• 7+ years in senior GTM or general management roles overseeing a $100M+ ARR business with direct P&L or revenue ownership.
• Proven success driving market share growth, competitive displacement, and customer expansion in UCaaS/collaboration space.
• Executive-level reporting experience to CEO, C-suite, and Board.
• Deep understanding of hybrid work trends and enterprise buying behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace and translate AI-first vision into a growth plan.
• Own competitive strategy, pricing, and GTM motion for the Workplace portfolio.
• Drive new business, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion motions to grow ARR and net retention.
• Partner with Geo Sales Leadership across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and Japan to localize strategies.
• Collaborate with Global CS, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap and drive adoption.
• Champion the integration of AI across Workplace products as differentiators.
• Establish and track KPIs: revenue, ARR, pipeline, win rates, and market share.
• Build and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team of sellers, SEs, and BDs.
• Represent Workplace to CEO, exec staff, and Board with data-driven narratives.
