Zoom is seeking a General Manager for Zoom Workplace to own the strategic and revenue trajectory across the Workplace portfolio. You will define and execute a multi-year growth plan, tie pricing and GTM to market expansion, and partner across geo sales, customer success, product, engineering, and marketing.

You will report to the CSO and influence the CEO and Board with data-driven narratives on performance and strategic direction.

Competenze

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in SaaS or enterprise software
• Experience overseeing a $100M+ ARR business with direct P&L or revenue ownership
• Proven ability to operate at the executive level with CEO/C-suite exposure

• Define a multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace
• Own competitive strategy, pricing, and GTM for the Workplace portfolio
• Drive new business, upsell, cross-sell, and ARR growth across global customer base
• Collaborate with Geo Sales Leadership to localize Workplace strategies
• Influence product roadmap with Product and Engineering for retention and expansion
• Champion AI integration across Workplace products and differentiation
