The GM will recruit, develop and motivate a high-performing team, ensure top-quality food and service, and maintain Health & Safety and Food Safety compliance across all shifts. You will drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a General Manager within a restaurant.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to lead the team and uphold Gordon Ramsay standards.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proven track record in recruiting and developing a high-performing kitchen team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute operation effectively while ensuring guest satisfaction in a lively restaurant and bar.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver quality service and standards.
