Job summary

Gordon Ramsay North America in Boston is seeking enthusiastic servers to welcome guests, take orders, and deliver the Gordon Ramsay standard of hospitality. You will greet guests, suggest menu items, and ensure food and drinks arrive accurately and promptly.

Qualifications

Experience as a server in a busy, quality-driven restaurant.

Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take food and drink orders.
Accurately enter orders and serve food, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Make recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
Ensure guest needs are met quickly and with a professional attitude.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all front-of-house areas.
Work closely with the team to deliver a smooth service.
Follow all safety and responsible alcohol service rules.
