Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in Boston is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Private Dining & Events to drive incremental revenue across Ramsay’s Kitchen and Gordon Ramsay Burger. This market-facing role emphasizes proactive business development, local partnerships, andAccount management with a focus on the Boston corporate, hotel, concierge, and events communities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales within hospitality, a strong local network, and the ability to manage a full sales cycle

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales and business development within hospitality, events, or related sectors.
• Based in the Greater Boston area with regular in-market presence at our venues.
• Experience developing relationships within corporate, hotel, concierge, convention, DMC, tourism, or meetings and events communities preferred.
• Commercially driven with ability to manage a pipeline, hit revenue targets, and convert partnerships into measurable business.

Responsibilities

• Drive Private Dining & Events and incremental restaurant revenue through proactive business development and account management.
• Manage full sales process from inquiry to site visits, proposals, contracting, and BEOs.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, hotels, concierges, planners, DMCs, convention and destination partners.
• Develop hotel and concierge networks to drive referrals, VIP dining, group business, and events opportunities.
• Identify citywide events and partnerships to capture incremental business and raise brand visibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to activate local opportunities and ensure revenue goals are met.
• Represent Gordon Ramsay Restaurants professionally across Boston with a focus on quality and integrity.
