Job summary

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Private Dining & Events in Boston. You will drive event sales, foster relationships with corporate accounts, hotels, and planners, and maximize revenue for Ramsay’s Kitchen and Gordon Ramsay Burger through targeted market activation.

This in-market role requires regular presence in the Boston hospitality community, proactive new business development, and strong CRM/POs experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience in restaurants, hotels, events, hospitality, or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive Private Dining & Events and incremental revenue through proactive business development and account management.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to site visits, proposals, contracting, and BEOs.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, hotels, concierges, planners, DMCs, and tourism partners.
• Develop a strong hotel and concierge network to drive referrals, VIP dining, group business, and Private Dining & Events opportunities.
• Identify conventions, conferences, and citywide demand drivers and develop strategies to capture incremental business.
