Gerber Collision & Glass in Clinton, MD is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center's daily operations, delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving KPI targets and insurance metrics. You will coach the team, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards across the shop.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in collision repair or similar role.
• Attention to detail and ability to translate KPI targets into actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication to coach and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed and aligned with company standards.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast and track monthly sales, profit, and expense objectives.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
• Maintain shop facilities, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Lead repair facility personnel and coordinate daily production meetings.
