Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Clinton, MD area is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center's day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach and empower team members, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards across all tasks.

Responsibilities include planning daily operations, forecasting sales and expenses, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining facility readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Ability to coach and empower team members to achieve KPIs.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly reviews.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable related to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide training for all staff as necessary.
• Open and close the facility daily per procedures.
• Lead and manage repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and safety sessions.
• Ensure adherence to safety gear and dress code.
