Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to coach and motivate.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized repair facility.
• Manage staff, scheduling and training; ensure safety gear compliance.
