Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and alignment with company policy. You will lead the collision center, coach staff, and drive KPI achievement and insurance metrics.

Responsibilities include budgeting, performance reviews, safety, and staff development to maintain high professionalism. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on delivering WOW customer service.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to motivate others via effective coaching tools and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide training for all staff as necessary.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and safety sessions.
