Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks a General Manager to lead the collision center’s daily operations and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will coach and empower team members, ensure safety and quality standards, and align activities with company policies and KPI targets.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee budgets, labor, and throughput, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and WOW service across all touchpoints with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan and lead Daily operations.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets for the center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Lead and manage all repair center staff and facility safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility and oversee equipment maintenance.
